After the success from last year, the Wye Peak Challenge is back again! With an updated running course, new sponsors on board and an earlier date, the run is set to be bigger and better than last year.
Located between Lorne and Apollo Bay, Wye River is one of the hidden treasures of the Great Ocean Road.
All ages and abilities are welcome to try our 8.5km fun run with awe inspiring bushland and coastal views.
The Wye Peak Challenge is the perfect opportunity to get away and explore the beauty of our town on foot!

When? 9am Saturday on 2nd of March 2019, with registration and T-shirt collection from 7.30am.
Where? Registration at the Wye River SLSC Clubhouse (35 Great Ocean Rd, Wye River VIC 3234)
Race start in front of the CFA building (across the road from the clubhouse)
Who? Hosted by the Wye River Surf Lifesaving Club, the event will be a major fundraiser for the bunk house redevelopment.
Presentation will be held at the Wye River Surf Lifesaving Clubhouse at 1pm. This will include spot prizes, awards for category place getters, a BBQ lunch and open bar so be sure to get down and say g'day!
